Six parking spaces, free high-speed wireless internet, six TVs, and a highchair round out the practical side of this OBX vacation rental, and two dogs are welcome with an additional fee. Beyond the dune line, the bike paths, restaurants, and shops of the Outer Banks are only minutes away.

The ground floor has a king bedroom with a flatscreen TV and nearby access to a full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub. Laundry facilities are located on this level. A large, partially enclosed dry entry offers a spot to hang out and a convenient place to rinse off after a day on the beach in the outdoor shower. The backyard offers both a large grassy area and a private pool with a poolside hot tub, plus gas and charcoal grills for evening cookouts.

Three bedrooms make up the middle floor. The east king bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a view of the ocean. The west king has a flatscreen TV and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin bunks and a flatscreen TV, an easy favorite with the younger crowd. The east king and the bunk room are located near the full hallway bath with a shower/tub. There is a spacious deck on both the east and west ends of the house, both with exterior stairs that lead to and from the ground. The east deck offers outdoor seating and an ocean view. The west deck overlooks the backyard and pool.

The top floor is primarily devoted to gathering spaces between the great room, dining area, kitchen, and the large ocean view deck. The great room is furnished with a sofa, a loveseat, and two armchairs. A large flatscreen TV is positioned above a seasonal gas fireplace, available October through March, and complements the large wall of east-facing windows with a sliding glass door that looks out toward the ocean and leads to a covered deck. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances. The bedroom on the top floor has a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private deck that overlooks the pool and onto the west. This bedroom has direct access to the shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/3/2026 through 10/23/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/26/2027 through 10/22/2027, with pool heat available for $400.00.
