The backyard offers both a large grassy area and a fully-fenced private pool with a poolside hot tub, plus gas and charcoal grills for cookouts after a day in the surf.

Three bedrooms make up the middle floor. The east king bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a view of the ocean. The west king has a flatscreen TV and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin bunks and a flatscreen TV, a favorite with younger guests. The east king and the bunk room are located near the full hallway bath with a shower/tub. There is a spacious deck on both the east and west ends of the house, both with exterior stairs that lead to and from the ground. The east deck offers outdoor seating and an ocean view. The west deck overlooks the backyard.

The top floor is primarily devoted to gathering spaces between the great room, dining area, kitchen, and the large ocean view deck. The great room is furnished with a large flatscreen TV. A wall of east-facing windows with a sliding glass door looks out towards the ocean and leads to a covered deck, an ideal perch for sunrise coffee. The bedroom on the top floor has a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private deck that overlooks the pool and onto the west for evening sunset color. The bedroom has direct access to the shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.
