The ground level is comprised of a large suite with a private bath that is furnished with a king size bed, chairs, TV, and small refrigerator. Laundry facilities are centrally located. Doors open to a sparkling 32 x 17 private pool for hours of fun in the sun, splashing in refreshing waters, and sunning poolside under blue skies. Pool toys are on site for the young at heart. A gas grill is available for BBQs, an outdoor shower rinses away the sand, and a bubbling hot tub allows for leisurely soaks before bedtime. The pool is open 5/2/2026 to 10/10/2026 and 5/1/2027 to 10/9/2027.

Stairs lead to the first floor where you can choose from four bedrooms. A king bedroom is furnished with a flat screen TV, covered deck access, and a private bath with a dual sink vanity. A second suite features a queen bed, TV, and private bath. A family suite consists of a bedroom with a king bed and TV that shares a full bathroom with a children's bedroom equipped with pyramid bunk with trundle, TV, and an abundant assortment of games, books, and activities.

A bright and airy great room incorporates living, dining, and kitchen areas under a lofty ceiling, creating a welcoming space for family gatherings. Hardwood floors, plush sofas and armchairs, a big screen TV, a seasonal gas fireplace (October through March), and a dining table for ten guests promise comfort and enjoyment throughout your stay. The well-equipped kitchen has ample storage, a refrigerator with icemaker, range/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig for ease in feeding a crew. Casual seating for four is available at the kitchen bar. A half bath is conveniently located on this level and doors open to an expansive sun deck furnished to enjoy community views and gentle sea breezes.
