This sun-filled great room provides two comfortable sofas and armchairs arranged around a seasonal gas fireplace, available October through March, and a mounted Smart TV. Doors lead from the great room to an oversized deck with outdoor furniture to enjoy early morning coffee and evening cocktails. The dining area provides ample seating for group meals. A modern kitchen provides cooks with a range/oven, full refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and offers bar seating for more casual dining. A half bath is centrally located for easy access. The top floor is completed with a distinguished king bedroom with a Smart TV that has a private balcony with ocean view and a private bath.
