Situated a short walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to Duck Village, this vacation home's superb location is paired with a wonderful list of amenities. Enjoy colorful waterfront sunsets from the decks, or wander to the private gazebo to enjoy the relaxing sound of water lapping against timbers. Any resident will tell you that the soundfront is the place for relaxation and water recreation. Spend time exploring plants and wildlife on the Currituck Sound. Stroll to the community beach access for adventures at the seashore, or explore the wide variety of shops and restaurants in the award-winning town of Duck.

Inside, five bedrooms sleep the whole group in comfort with four kings, two twins, and two sleepchairs, served by four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. An elevator reaches all three levels, eight TVs and two DVD players keep everyone entertained, and free high-speed wireless internet keeps you connected when you want to be. A highchair is on hand for the littlest travelers, six parking spaces welcome a caravan of family and friends, and the seasonal gas fireplace (October through March) makes shoulder-season stays especially cozy. Duck's paved walking and bicycling trail runs the length of town, leading to boutiques, galleries, gourmet food shops, and restaurants, as well as Duck Town Park on the Currituck Sound with its playground, soundside boardwalk, and summer events at the amphitheater.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. 2026 pool open dates are 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027. Pool heat cost is $500.00 for 2026 and $500.00 for 2027. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
