Multiple living spaces, including a media den and rec room with foosball, provide entertainment for all ages. The comfortable bedrooms at Buffell Duck are spread across three levels, offering plenty of privacy for families and groups. Located just a short ride from the Town of Duck?s stores, eateries, and boardwalk, this home combines semi-oceanfront appeal with painless access to local amenities.

The ground floor combines fun entertainment and sleeping accommodations. A king bedroom and a shared bath are available for those sleeping or hanging out on this level. The rec room offers a foosball table, mini refrigerator, flatscreen TV, loveseat, and a table ideal for fast snacks, puzzles, and card games. A sliding glass door in the rec room opens to the sheltered hot tub, an outdoor shower stall, and close by access to the exterior stairs that take you to the middle floor deck. The completely fenced pool area offers a enormous private pool with a wet deck, poolside loungers, and a pergola.

The middle floor offers a media den with a flatscreen TV, a couch, and two armchairs, so whether you want to watch your favorite show or read a few pages of your favorite book, the media den is a comfortable getaway for both. Three bedrooms are located on each corner of this level. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, and the third has two twin bunk beds. Those staying on this level have close by access to two shared baths accessible from the hallway. Both bathrooms offer shower/tubs.

The top floor is cozy and roomy at the same time, decorated in coastal hues with an exceptional view! The great room, kitchen, and dining area all share an open concept space, and no matter which area you're spending time in, a view of the Atlantic is never out of sight. A sliding glass door is centrally located on the east wall and leads out to the open deck with Polywood outdoor furnishings to sit back and savor the view of the sunrise, mid-day blue ocean, or the gorgeous pink and purple moonrise sky. The top floor also includes a queen bedroom with a private bath featuring a walk-in shower.
