Welcome to Plover Place, where you're right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, with a private pool in your backyard, five spacious and welcoming bedrooms, and so much more to enjoy during your stay. Draped in shades of blue and white, with calming coastal decor throughout, the vacation vibes certainly run high. The open-concept top floor holds the great room, dining area, kitchen, and a lofted sitting area, all with amazing views of the horizon. A large room on the ground floor features comfy seating, a full-sized refrigerator, and laundry facilities. The middle and top floors have east-facing decks to enjoy the refreshing breeze off the ocean. One of the most desirable hangout spots at Plover Place is the fenced backyard with a 14 x 24 private pool, a hot tub, many outdoor seating options, a poolside cabana bar/lounge with a Smart TV, and a gas grill for tasty meals all week long. A short walk north will put you at the 5th Street beach access, where you can spend your vacation days on the shore watching the waves roll in and soaking up the sun.

With four king bedrooms, a bunk room, four full baths, a half bath, an elevator serving the home's three levels, nine TVs, free high-speed wireless internet, and five parking spaces, this OBX vacation rental is built for easy group getaways. Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $350.00.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
