A bedroom with a pyramid bunk (twin over full-size bed) with twin-size trundle and shared hall bath complete this level. Head outdoors to enjoy the private pool, hot tub, indoor/outdoor ping-pong, outdoor shower, and a thoughtfully landscaped yard.

The second king bedroom features a large flat screen TV and a private bath. The third bedroom provides a comfortable queen-over-queen bunkset, perfect for kids but spacious enough for adults.

The upper level of this home offers a comfortable great room with high ceilings and both ocean and sound views from the deck, a custom designed kitchen with silestone countertops, two dining areas and additional bar seating. Updates for 2024: New tile in the first floor southwest king bedroom's private bath; all TVs now have Roku devices for streaming capability.
Updates for 2023: New hot tub, arcade machine added to rec room, the theater room's projector screen was upgraded to an 85'' Samsung Smart TV with apps for streaming (guests use their own logins) and cable access, and new dining table and chairs.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Community note: Tuckahoe is a unique ocean-to-sound community that offers access to a soundside pier with built-in bench seating, a community beach access, a community tennis court, and a community pool. All of these amenities offer limited nearby parking with a parking pass. RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision. Golf carts are allowed.
