Five bedrooms, each with a private bath, are spread across two levels, while a ground floor recreation room keeps every member of the family entertained after a day in the Atlantic surf. Vacationers have access to community amenities such as an Olympic-size outdoor pool, children's pool, and tennis courts. Two dogs are welcome with a fee, six parking spaces await, and an onsite EV charger makes the drive to the Outer Banks that much easier. Corolla's wide beaches are part of the adventure just beyond the front door.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

TVs: The great room TV has a cable box for cable TV access. All other TVs have the Spectrum app for cable access as well as access to streaming via Netflix, Hulu, etc. (guests must use their own login credentials).

EV Charger: An onsite EV charger is available at the house.
