This 5-bedroom beach house is located in the Whalehead subdivision of Corolla, right around the corner from the Perch public beach access, and only 50 yards to the community boardwalk that leads to the beach. Many amenities that vacationers have come to hope for during their stay are included at Memory Lane - being in close proximity (a short walk) to the beach, a private pool, a rec room, ample deck space with ocean views, beautiful interior design with modern features, and a private bath for each bedroom. The Monterey Plaza and the Timbuck II Shopping Village are just south of this home, where you can find shops, restaurants, a grocery store, gift shops, and more.

The ground floor is where you want to be for indoor and outdoor fun! The rec room features a pool table, flatscreen TV, and seating. A wet bar in the rec room has a sink and a beverage fridge. A full bath with a walk-in shower is on this level for those in the rec room.
Outdoors, the private pool area invites you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being on vacation. The large 35' x 16' pool with marble coping can be heated for an additional fee. An outdoor shower, a gas grill, and cornhole boards round out the outdoor amenities for you and your vacation group.

Dedicated mostly to bedding, the middle floor has four bedrooms. Three bedrooms have king beds, and the fourth has two pyramid bunks. The private baths in the king bedrooms have walk-in showers; the bathroom in the bunk room has a shower/tub combo. Two east-facing king bedrooms have sliding door access to the middle floor deck that overlooks the pool area. A home gym with amazing natural light is available on this floor. Equipment available includes a Peloton bike, Peloton rower, yoga mats, and dumbbells.

Second Floor

The great room, kitchen, and dining area comprise most of the top floor with an open-concept floor plan. The great room features a cathedral ceiling with exposed beams, an electric seasonal fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and two sliding glass doors leading to the open and covered east-facing decks overlooking the ocean. Walk on the exterior decks to smell and feel the ocean air and breeze. The dining area also has a sliding glass door that leads to the deck. The kitchen is equipped with a double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, a Keurig, and a drip coffee maker.
An impressive king bedroom on the top floor offers a walk-in closet, a lofted seating area, and a private bath with a walk-in shower offering a bidet. There is sliding door access out onto the deck from the bedroom and the lofted sitting area.
