Captain Len has been on the water all his life and comes from a long line of captains. His vast experience will show you a different side of the islands. Our tours will take you to the most beautiful parts of the Outer Banks. Take a loop tour, relax on a sand bar or enjoy our famous sunsets and see some sights along the way.
Captain Len has been on the water all his life and comes from a long line of captains. Dividing his time between Virginia and the Outer Banks for the last 40 years, he uses his vast experience to create boat tours that show the unseen, sound-side of the Outer Banks. On our tours, you’ll be riding on a 25-foot Sportsman Centre Console with bathroom, navigation system, comfortable seating, and a cooler provided for your drinks and snacks.
Visiting the Outer Banks with his family over the years, Captain Len noticed there were not many ways to get out on the water. When he brought along his own boat, he realized so many beautiful sites are only accessible by boat or are really enhanced by viewing from the water. These experiences have shown him the real Outer Banks lifestyle. Captain Len realized this was something he could bring to other families, couples and friends visiting the Outer Banks.
The opportunity to see the Islands from the water just like the first settlers would have done. Enjoying the scenery on a loop tour. Spotting dolphins. Doing some fishing. Escaping to a sandbar to soak up the sun with friends and family. Taking in the stunning Outer Banks sunsets from the water. Choose between three scenic loops: Manteo Waterfront, Oregon Inlet Sandbars or Bodie Island Lighthouse, that can be taken as part of our morning or afternoon tours. Our Sunset Tour is a 3-hour ride that will put you right in front of one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world, while enjoying the scenery along the way.
