On the ground level, when you come in from the pool, games or hot tub, you are welcomed by a large gathering space that is both den and kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, a half bath, and a laundry room, plus a King primary bedroom with standing shower.

Located on the mid-level are two primary bedrooms, both with King beds, standing showers, and deck access from each, plus a room with 2 bunk sets that share a full bath (with tub/shower combo) with a large den.

On the top level, enjoy spending time with loved ones in the spacious open concept, which includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room adorned with 200-year-old barn wood floors. Move outside to the screened porch for your morning or evening beverage or to the east-facing side deck for some star gazing at night or peeks of the ocean and sunrises in the morning. A half bath is conveniently located on this level as well.

Your ideal vacation awaits, with so much to do, from the multiple gathering spaces to the sun decks and screened porch to the basketball goal, charcoal and gas grills, an extra full-sized refrigerator, plus the beverage refrigerator in the kitchen! Come unwind, enjoy the fresh air, and relax; you're on vacation!

Outside: Large Enclosed Pool area (accessible from deck stairs and all levels) w/Lounge Chairs, Dining Table, Corn Hole, a Gas Fire Pit, Hot Tub, Enclosed Outdoor Shower, and foot wash for keeping the pool and indoors sand-free. Use the herb garden by the grilling area and take advantage of easy access to the bottom floor kitchen, where you will find grilling accessories and a full-size fridge.

Lower Level: Den w/TV & Queen Size Sleep Sofa, Kitchenette w/Full Size Fridge, Bar Sink & Counter, Access to Pool area, Powder Room, Laundry Room w/Washer & Dryer, Master Bedroom w/King w/TV & Walk-in Shower. The couch on this level is also a queen sleeper sofa, great for guests who would prefer to stay on the bottom level. A door in the hallway can easily convert this to an additional sleeping space and private suite.
