Mid Level: Two en-suite bedrooms, each with a king bed (one with private deck access), plus a queen bedroom and a full hall bath. A dedicated office space with a trundle bed offers flexibility for remote work or additional sleeping. Washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level.

Upper Level: Bright and airy great room with ocean views, a half hall bath, a large dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and bar seating.
