When you return from a day at the beach, dive into the private pool (12' x 25') or lounge on the covered mid-level decks and watch the turtles, fish and birds that are nurtured by the pond. Relax in the hot tub which has a cover lift for easy access. Take in the open vistas from the top level and sunny deck.

There is a large landscaped yard with herbs and butterfly gardens. Fire up both the open and covered charcoal grill and dine outdoors on two picnic tables.
