Outdoor amenities include a private pool, walkway to beach with dune deck hot tub, two outdoor showers, an outdoor half bath, outdoor cabana bar, giant chess/checkers set, and outdoor ping-pong. Inside, the rec room features a pool table, a media area with a sofa and a mounted flatscreen, and bar with full-sized refrigerator and sink, MegaTouch arcade game, and table-style arcade game. The theater includes seating for 12 and a projection screen TV, and the bedroom on this floor offers two double beds.

One hot tub is located on the mid level covered deck.

The great room is open and spacious, and includes a seasonal gas fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen features two side-by-side full refrigerator/freezers, two sinks, two dishwashers, double ovens, gas stove, crock pot, and Keurig. Three kings with private baths round out this level, two of which are ocean-facing. The north east king includes a private bath with soaking tub and custom tile shower, as well as a double vanity.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2024 season are 05/04/2024 - 09/21/2024. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pool: Heated by propane. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp leading to the home and an elevator. One mid level king offers a low barrier shower and roll-under sink. Please note the pool is not wheelchair accessible. None of our homes are ADA compliant.
