A poolside cabana with shaded seating, an elevator serving the home, 13 TVs, and free high-speed wireless internet round out an OBX vacation rental that was clearly crafted with guests in mind.

This home's location on the water means you'll wake to the sound of the waves rolling in, and the sand is just steps away. The sun deck is an ideal spot to sip a cup of coffee in the morning and take in elevated views of the shoreline. The Whalehead community is a lovely neighborhood, conveniently located just a short distance north of plenty of shops and restaurants. The town of Corolla offers a wealth of activities and historic sites as well. With eight parking spaces, an onsite EV charger, and Saturday check-in, arrival day is simple, and two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.

Pool: 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $600.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger: An EV charger is available onsite.

Sonos Speaker System: Sonos for music streaming is available in four zones including the recreation room, great room (including surround sound on the great room TV), 2nd floor deck, and outdoor pool area. A Sonos surround sound system is available in the theater for better sound and ease of operation.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
