A recreation room featuring a sports bar and a pool table, a theater room with big screen TV, a sparkling private pool and TWO hot tubs, one with views of the ocean and the other in the pool area (so you can remain part of the pool party!), a poolside cabana with seating, an elevator, thirteen TVs, and more! A mid-level sun deck and dune-top deck are both ideal spots to sip a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy elevated views of the beach. The Whalehead community is a lovely neighborhood, and the town of Corolla has many wonderful options for activities. Pool: The 35.0 x 14.0 private pool is open 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, with optional pool heat available for $600.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Hot Tub: Both hot tubs are drained and refilled on turnover day, providing fresh water each week.

Pets: Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.

Electronics: Roku with Spectrum access available in the great room and all bedrooms. A separate Spectrum cable box, Apple AirPlay, and Bluetooth are available in the theater room all controlled by a single universal remote for easy accessibility.

Sonos Speaker System: Sonos for music streaming is available in four zones including the recreation room, great room (including surround sound on the great room TV), 2nd floor deck, and outdoor pool area. A Sonos surround sound system is available in the theater for better sound and ease of operation.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
