Connecting to the rec room is a half bath that also has convenient access to the pool area. The theater includes two tiered levels of seating, a raised bar with four barstools, and a SONOS surround sound system to provide upgraded sound and ease of operation. Bedding options on this level include a king bedroom, as well as a bedroom with two twin bunks. Both of these bedrooms have their own full baths (each have a tub/shower combo). A laundry room with two stacked washer/dryer sets and a utility sink is also located on this level.

The private outdoor pool is the ultimate place to cool off—there is a shallow wet deck area and a second set of stairs with a handrail that leads to the deeper section of the pool. Unwind in the hot tub, and enjoy the convenience of two outdoor showers for rinsing off after the beach. A highlight of the back yard is the poolside cabana, a great spot for grilling out on the gas grill or relaxing in the shade. The poolside cabana has two ceiling fans, a sink, and two seating areas. The oceanview deck on this level connects seamlessly to the sun deck and is a great spot to soak up some vitamin D. The second hot tub is located on the deck and provides views of the ocean while relaxing in the bubbling water. The west-facing king and queen bedrooms have their own private decks for enjoying a beautiful sunset each evening.

The oceanview king suite has a private bathroom with a separate toilet room, double vanities, jetted tub, and tile shower with two shower heads, two rain showers, and eight body jets.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump (2026 Pool Open: 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026, 2027 Pool Open: 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027). Pool heat cost: $600.00. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Hot Tub: Both hot tubs are drained and refilled on turnover day, providing fresh water each week.
Electronics: Roku with Spectrum access available in the great room and all bedrooms. A separate Spectrum cable box, Apple AirPlay, and Bluetooth are available in the theater room all controlled by a single universal remote for easy accessibility.
Sonos Speaker System: Sonos for music streaming is available in four zones including the recreation room, great room (including surround sound on the great room TV), 2nd floor deck, and outdoor pool area. A Sonos surround sound system is available in the theater for better sound and ease of operation.
