Sleeping arrangements welcome a big group with ease: four kings, four queens, two twins, a pyramid bunk, and a sleepsofa are spread across three levels, served by nine full bathrooms and a half bath, seven of them private. Eight parking spaces, two outdoor showers, a basketball hoop, and free high-speed wireless internet round out the practical details that make a large gathering run smoothly.

Carolina Sunrise, a Duck Landing oceanfront home, is just steps from both the ocean and the community pool. The Town of Duck town park, soundside boardwalk, shops, and restaurants can all be found at the end of the street, a quick walk or bike ride away. Duck is known for its small village atmosphere, its walking and bicycling trail running the length of town, and a shoreline of soft rolling surf, all of which make this Outer Banks address a family favorite year after year.

Community Note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access and community pool access. These amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00.

Special Access Amenities: This home provides an elevator, and a queen bedroom on the ground floor includes a bathroom with grab bars in the walk-in shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office with additional questions.
