Breathe easy at Breakwater, a 10-bedroom oceanfront home located in Pine Island, designed to give you a break from the norm. Decorated in relaxing tones of blues, neutrals, and natural woods, the interior of Breakwater captures the essence of the Outer Banks. Experience sweeping ocean views while unwinding in the great room, while spending time in the recreation room, or while enjoying a drink on the expansive decks. An elevator, private pool, private beach access and dune deck with built-in seating, screened-in outdoor rec room, and expansive decks round out the amenities at Breakwater.
With 10 bedrooms and 8 private baths, 9 full baths and a half bath in total, plus 17 TVs, a home theater, and multiple recreation spaces, this OBX vacation rental gives everyone in the group room to spread out. Corolla's wide beaches, shopping at Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center, the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, and wild horse tours are all part of the experience when you vacation on the northern Outer Banks.

Outdoor Living and Amenities
The 28.0 x 14.0 private pool anchors a backyard built for long beach days, with a poolside hot tub, a second hot tub on the oceanview deck, gas and charcoal grills, two outdoor showers, and a basketball hoop. Ten parking spaces make arrival easy for larger groups, and an elevator carries luggage and guests between levels. Inside, free high-speed wireless internet, 17 TVs, a DVD player, the home theater, and the recreation room keep everyone entertained, while the seasonal fireplace (October through March) adds warmth to shoulder season stays. Guests also enjoy community pool access and community tennis within Pine Island. Please note that this home is not pet friendly and features a Saturday check-in.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pool: Heated by propane. Max. pool temperature is 85 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027. Pool heat cost is $1,000.00 for both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
