Amenities and Outdoor Living

Outside, a 28 x 14 private pool anchors a pool deck strung with lights, joined by a hot tub, a basketball hoop, gas and charcoal grills, and two outdoor showers for rinsing off after a day in the surf. A private walkway leads over the dunes to the wide Corolla beach, ending at a dune deck with built-in bench seating that is perfect for sunrise coffee. Guests also enjoy community pool access and community tennis in Pine Island, and a seasonal fireplace warms the great room from October through March. The Corolla Location

Pine Island places you on the quieter northern stretch of the Outer Banks, where wide beaches of finely textured sand meet clean rolling surf. Corolla, the "gold coast" of Currituck County, is home to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the historic Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park, and guided beach tours in search of the wild horses descended from Spanish mustangs. Golf, tennis, surfing lessons, kayak tours, and a local movie theater are all easy to reach, and shopping centers such as Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center cover groceries, surf shops, coffee, and ice cream.

Seasonal Cabana Service: This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

Pool: Heated by propane. Max. temp is 85 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027. Pool heat cost is $1,000.00 for both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
