Even the youngest guests will have a delightful stay and enjoy the inset kiddie pool, while the elevator, panoramic ocean views, and a media/rec room ensure that everyone will be enjoying a dream vacation. A prime location means that this home is just a few streets south from the Currituck Club golf course, Harris Teeter grocery store, and several restaurants and shops.

The lower level provides a recreation room with a foosball table, a large L-shaped sectional, a 65'' TV with surround-sound audio, and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, two icemakers, microwave, and sink. Bedding options include three kings with private baths, all with access to the pool area, a queen with a private bath, and two bedrooms, each with two twin bunks, that share nearby access to a hall bath. (Please note the ground level rec room does not connect to the pool area.)
Outdoors, the custom designed pool area offers a large saltwater pool with swim-up bar, inset kiddie pool, inset hot tub, and beach access via a private walkway. (Please note that the inground hot tub is a regular jetted hot tub but does not have a cover.)

Five well-appointed king bedrooms are located on the mid-level, each providing a comfortable retreat. Three of the rooms have views over the water, and sliding glass door access to the oceanside covered deck. The remaining two rooms have sliders that open to the east deck. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and private baths with tile flooring.

Ocean proximity is highlighted by the gorgeous ocean views available from the top floor. Sip your coffee on the east-facing decks, enjoying the salt breeze softly blowing off the Atlantic. Evening meals will be serene, as the dining table is flanked by multiple windows overlooking the same stunning scene. With a gourmet kitchen at your fingertips, the chefs of your group will love preparing a meal any time of the day. Appliances include two ranges, a double oven, two microwaves, two dishwashers, a standalone ice maker, Le Blu water system, and a Keurig as well as a normal coffee maker. Retreat to the lofted sitting area, with seating to relax in. The top floor king bedroom offers a panoramic horizon view, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate glass block shower.

Updates for 2023: Ten new Smart TVs (one in great room, one in each ground floor bedroom, three in the middle floor bedrooms that don't currently have Smart TVs). After this update, every TV in the house will be a Roku Smart TV.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Needs Amenities: This home offers an elevator, and a mid-level bath with low-barrier shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for more specific information.
Community Note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.
