The media area provides plush sofa seating along with a Smart TV.
Rec room doors open to beautifully landscaped grounds that surround the custom 30 x 24 private pool with built-in seating. Nearby attractions include the historic Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the only natural red brick lighthouse on the East Coast. Guests can book a guided tour in search of the wild horses of Corolla, take surfing lessons, rent jet skis, or paddle out on a kayak tour. Grocery stores, gift shops, surf shops, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors are close at hand in shopping centers including Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center.

TVs: TVs are Samsung Smart TVs and have cable access through the Spectrum app. Cable includes FREE Showtime, HBO MAX, Paramount Plus, and NFL Network, in addition to standard cable TV channels (Disney, ESPN, etc.). Log into own accounts for Netflix, Hulu, and all other streaming services.
Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027. Pool heat cost is $800.00 for both 2026 and 2027.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
