This is not your ordinary Whalehead build. The great room, showcasing a seasonal fireplace (available October through March), serves as the heart of the space, offering a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. Or maybe the heart is the enormous custom kitchen island where groups always just seem to naturally gather together. The open-concept area includes a dining area, breakfast nook, and great room, providing ample space for shared meals or casual gatherings, all within steps of the highly appointed gourmet kitchen fit for a chef. A grilling deck with ocean views makes cooking for the group both easy and scenic. Top floor sleeping accommodations (separated with custom barn doors to control noise from the great room) feature a queen suite, as well as three king bedrooms, each with custom private bathrooms, including body sprayers or rain showers. The queen bathroom offers a custom oversized soaking tub for quiet relaxation time. King bedroom (3) has wheelchair-width doors and offers a bathroom with special access amenities: a roll-under sink, a large roll-in shower with shower seat, and grab bars. Being located on the top floor ensures maximum convenience for guests with special needs, with the rest of the home easily accessible by elevator.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
