A short drive delivers you to the shopping, dining, and grocery options of Timbuck II, as well as historic sites such as the Whalehead Club and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, so this home's central location adds to its appeal. Your whole group is sure to love the inviting pool area, and the dual charcoal and gas grills are perfect for whipping up a family meal. Featuring a large flat screen TV as well as a sleepsofa, the ground floor rec room can be utilized as a seventh sleeping space. The great room is comfortable and provides deck access with north to south ocean views, while the functional open floor plan of the top floor leads to a lofted ship's watch with built in seating that acts as a panoramic vantage point to watch the waves roll in. With seven TVs, free high speed wireless internet, five parking spaces, and a Saturday check in, Michael-Anne is built for an effortless Outer Banks vacation. Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, so the whole family can come along.

Pool: 2026 pool open 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $400.00 in both 2026 and 2027. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Tennis: Guests in this Section of Ocean Sands (Section Q) have access to tennis courts located in Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way. (Please note that the Section J court is separate from the private Swim & Tennis Club courts and pool located nearby, which is not part of this home's amenities.)

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
