The ground floor is comprised of an entryway and a spacious queen bedroom with a private bath, flatscreen TV, and card table. The fun begins outdoors on a lovely pool deck featuring a sparkling private pool, hot tub ideal for soaking, and even a fish cleaning station for the fishermen in the group. Clean the day's catch like a pro and then enjoy fresh seafood for dinner.

The first floor offers an array of wonderful sleeping arrangements including two king bedrooms both with flatscreen TVs, a bedroom with a double and twin bed with a mounted TV, and a bedroom equipped with two pyramid bunks and a mounted TV for DVDs (no cable). Guests will find themselves enjoying these bright, coastally decorated suites at day's end and for quick respites from the activity. The elevated, private beach walkway extends from this level to the dune-top deck, a popular place for catching rays, enjoying the ocean breeze and watching the seabirds in flight.

The second floor living area is a comfortable place to gather family and friends in a cozy room with a magnificent view. Enjoy ease of living with a flatscreen TV, large dining area, and kitchen featuring hardwood floors, dual Jennair ovens, two dishwashers, and two sinks. The top level king suite offers a private bath, ocean views, a flatscreen TV, desk, and access to the top floor deck. For unsurpassed views of the Atlantic, venture onto the top level sundeck.

Updates for 2024: Fresh interior paint in the great room, dining area, and kitchen, two new swivel rocking chairs in great room.
Updates for 2023: The existing opening to the carport will be enclosed with a half wall, new furniture in the great room, new dishwashers and refrigerator in the kitchen, new decor in the 2nd floor king bedroom.
Updates for 2022: New pool fence and decking, and new commercial grade lounge chairs for the pool area. The pool fence was extended so that it connects to the house. The bedroom that previously had two twin beds now has one twin bed, one double bed, and new decor.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
