Updates for 2023: The 1st floor bedroom with two twins changed to a king with new end tables, the top floor king bedroom has a new bedframe, a new bar cart in the great room, new dryer, all TVs have been upgraded to Smart TVs, EV charger added, top floor HVAC replaced, new flooring on ground floor.
Updates for 2022: New carpeting on stairs and in 2nd floor king bedroom. New Smart TVs throughout. Fresh exterior paint. New poolside furniture. New washing machine. The ground floor queen was changed to a double bunk with a trundle.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
