The ground floor opens to a recreation room equipped with a mounted TV and seating for fun filled evening competitions. One bedroom is furnished with two twin bunks, ideal for the younger crew. A queen bedroom with a TV shares a full bathroom with those in the rec room.
Doors lead outdoors to a fenced private pool measuring 28 by 12 feet, a hot tub, and lounge seats to bask under the warmth of sunny skies. A basketball hoop is also on site, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach simple. The sun and covered decks are the ideal location to enjoy fresh sea breezes and views over the water. A gas grill is available for casual BBQ nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. An 8-person outdoor dining table with umbrella is located on the front sun deck for meals in the sea air. This floor is completed with a king bedroom with TV and a private bathroom.
Please Note: No pets allowed. The private pool is open 5/1/2026 to 10/9/2026 and 4/30/2027 to 10/8/2027, and the gas fireplaces are seasonal (October through March). A highchair is available for your littlest traveler.
