The sun and covered decks are the ideal location to enjoy fresh sea breezes and views over the water. Grills are available for casual BBQ nights, and a hot tub is located on the mid-level covered deck for soothing soaks at the end of fun filled vacation days.

The kitchen is fully equipped and provides a full refrigerator with ice maker, range/stove, microwave, a dishwasher, Keurig (as well as normal coffee maker) and bar seating for casual dining.
