The bedroom on this level has a murphy bed chest and a media area with a sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV. Those staying in this room have convenient nearby access to a full bath with a shower/tub. Laundry facilities are available on this level.

The middle floor offers a covered deck that wraps around from the west to the east side of the house, with a sheltered hot tub on the southeast corner. Inside, there are four bedrooms, all with direct deck access via a sliding glass door in each of the bedrooms. The east-facing king room has a private bath with a shower/tub. The three remaining bedrooms offer two twin bunks and two queen rooms that share nearby access to the shared hall bath with a shower/tub.

Vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows give this level a feeling of spacious comfort coupled with unbeatable views over the ocean. The great room features sofa and armchair seating, a bar area with a beverage fridge, a mounted flatscreen TV, and a sliding glass door out to the oceanview sun deck. The dining area is drenched in natural light from the many windows that surround the large dinign table. The kitchen offers bar seating, stainless steel appliances, and a pantry for food and drink storage. The king bedroom has uninterrupted ocean views through the large picture window, direct deck access via a sliding glass door, and a private bath with two sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

Updates for 2026: New siding, new LVP flooring throughout, and kitchen updates including a new sink, all new appliances, cabinets, and quartz countertops. A beverage fridge was added in the kitchen and the great room. The ground floor bedroom was updated to include a murphy bed chest and a sectional sofa to make for a media/sitting area for those staying in this room (new photos to come).
Updates for 2025: New decor and artwork, fresh interior paint, new furniture throughout.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
