The moment you reach the top of the stairs on the second level, you're surrounded, north to south, through the floor-to-ceiling picture windows, by uninterrupted views of the beautiful coastline. With an open concept top floor that shares the great room, dining area, and kitchen, your whole vacation group can easily spend time together without feeling too tight. The ocean facing decks are furnished for comfort while you're soaking in the sea breezes, and afternoon naps on the first floor deck bed swing will transport you to a vacation state of mind in no time. Trips to and from the beach are as simple as crossing the dune via stairs and an expansive dune deck with built-in bench seating and loungers so you can catch the rays from the sun while watching the waves roll in. When the day is done, and it's time to retreat to the house, washing off sand, salt, and sunblock can quickly be done in one of the two enclosed outdoor showers. Turn on your favorite movie and stretch out in the ground floor media area with a kitchenette for storage for snacks and drinks.

The ground floor is a mix of indoor and outdoor living options. Indoors, there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath with a walk-in shower, a media area with a kitchenette, and a half bath. The media area is furnished with an L-shaped sectional, an oversized round chair, and a large, mounted flatscreen TV. Adjacent to this gathering space is a kitchenette with an icemaker, dishwasher, beverage cooler, and sink. Above the counter is a pass-through window that allows snacks and drinks to be shared with those spending time outside without them ever having to actually come indoors.
Outside is a large, sheltered living space with a foosball table, outdoor seating around a fire pit table, and a mounted flatscreen TV. Positioned under the pass-through window is a bar ledge with stool seating. Two enclosed outdoor showers are located on the opposite side of this living space. A few steps down leads to the private pool area with a large swimming pool and plenty of poolside seating options. A bubbling poolside hot tub and a built-in gas grill round out the outdoor amenities to enjoy.

Four bedrooms make up the middle floor. There are three king bedrooms, each with a private bath with a walk-in shower. All three king bedrooms are located near the east-facing exit leading out to the oceanview deck with a bed swing and steps down to the pool area. On the west end of the house is the fourth bedroom, which is furnished with two twin bunks and a triple twin bunk (seven twin beds total). This bedroom has a private bath with a shower/tub combo. Right outside the bunk room is a door leading out to the west-facing deck.

Travel to the top floor via the stairs or the elevator. The great room, dining area, and kitchen share most of the top floor and are made up of a large open space, perfect for your entire group to gather and be together. When it's time to enjoy a meal, a dining table with seating for ten, a large kitchen island with seating for six, and outdoor dining options with seating for many are all for the picking. The kitchen is exquisitely equipped and decorated with a balance of open shelving, glass front cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, making it a true stunner. A refrigerator, 6-burner gas range, oven, two dishwashers, and a microwave make meal prep a breeze all week long. Down the hall is a spacious king bedroom with a private bath, double vanity, and a large walk-in shower with two rainfall showerheads.

Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
