The outdoor space is a paradise of its own. Unlike most vacation rentals where the pool is on the first level, at Island Enchantment the pool is located off the second level. This dune-top, heated pool gives you great views of the dunes and ocean while splashing around or sitting on one of the comfortable lounge chairs provided. Along with ample deck space, a walkway straight to the beach, two hot tubs (one under a covered deck), and a cabana with outdoor TV, what more could you ask for?
With big spacious bedrooms, along with plenty of relaxing and fun spaces, this home is perfectly suited for accommodating large groups. There are flat screens throughout the house so everyone can watch what they want. Positioned just around Milepost 9.5 in the popular town of Kill Devil Hills, this location is within walking distance of local restaurants like Kill Devil Grill, the Swells'a Brewery, shops, grocery stores, and attractions. It will be hard to leave this amazing property; but, if you do, there are great things nearby!

Your whole group will enjoy the second level. If you need to find someone, we suggest looking here first. This is where the walkway to the beach is! Getting to the beach does not get any easier than this! After the beach, you can access the dune-top pool and covered hot tub area on this level. Grab a seat with your favorite beverage at the covered cabana with outdoor tv. There are two gas grills up on the deck with an amazing view! Back inside, there is a living area and another recreation room. This time with a pool table, game table, and a wet bar. For your convenience, an added half bathroom is available. Whoever gets to sleep on this level will choose from 8 King En Suite and 2 Double Pyramid Bunk rooms. The two bunk rooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare lavish meals, perfect for sharing in the spacious dining area. An additional sitting area and a convenient half-bathroom can be found on this level. Beyond the common areas, there are six King En Suites. On the ocean-facing side of the home, an expansive sun deck beckons for sunbathing and enjoying the salty ocean breezes. Or watch your friends and family hanging out in the pool below. For those who cannot totally leave work behind, utilize the communication hub provided for ease of working remotely.

Grab a book and hang out in the cozy sitting area and enjoy another wet bar to ensure your favorite beverages are always within reach. The competitive people in your group can enjoy the Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, and Arcade Games on this level.
Parking: This property has 22 parking spots for guests. There is an electric vehicle charger available
Seasonal Cabana Services: Exclusive Cabana Services: 05/04/24 - 09/30/24 - This home receives beachside cabana and beach chair services during your stay. Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals available upon request for an additional charge.
Pets: Island Enchantment is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
Heated Oceanfront Pool: Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
EV Charger:A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
**Private heated pool will open on March 29th and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
