Getting to the beach does not get any easier than this! After the beach, you can access the 38x20 dune-top pool and covered seven person hot tub area on this level. Grab a seat with your favorite beverage at the covered cabana with outdoor TV. There are two gas grills up on the deck with an amazing view! Back inside, there is a living area and another recreation room. This time with a pool table, game table, and a wet bar. For your convenience, an added half bathroom is available. Seasonal Cabana Services: Exclusive Cabana Services: 05/01/25 - 09/28/25 - This home receives daily oceanfront cabana and beach chair setup + breakdown services during your stay. No need to lug around your beach equipment when you stay at this home! Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pets: Island Enchantment is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
Heated Oceanfront Pool: Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special events are welcome at this home! You and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Please contact KEES for details and arrangements for your special event reservation. Fees vary by property. Please contact Guest Services for more information.

**Private heated pool will open on April 1 and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open all year. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
