Nestled in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this 24-bedroom oceanfront home on the Outer Banks is an absolute showstopper! Equipped with 20 king En Suites, four custom-built bunk suites, and 25 bathrooms, there is enough room in this home to comfortably sleep 60 people.

The artfully designed interior and top-notch amenities in this OBX rental are incredible! The private, oceanfront heated pool is complemented by a covered tiki bar, an oceanfront sundeck and two, eight-person hot tubs. The first level hosts a 16-seat theater room, a Foosball table, and a 9-foot indoor Shuffleboard. Two billiards tables, a poker table, a ping pong table, arcade games, and two wet bars are thoughtfully positioned within the home to allow for multiple groups to spread out and enjoy the amenities.

Ocean views from this vacation home are gorgeous and the dune-third level deck is perfect for watching the tides change. With every detail in mind, the homeowners have also provided a beach cabana service for your beach days. Enjoy a daily set-up of a beach tent and chairs with your stay at Oceans 24!

Large enough to hold an event, this house features a butler pantry ideal for catering services, accordion doors that open to the fourth level ocean-facing deck, and a fenced-in yard perfect for entertainment purposes. No need to leave behind your furry vacationers, as Oceans 24 is also pet-friendly!

Offering the KEES FlexStay program, you are able to choose your own vacation check-in or check-out dates at no additional cost!

With so much to do at the home, the surrounding area also lends much to do outside, too! Positioned well-within driving distance to local and national attractions, day trips to surrounding islands, both fine and laid-back cuisine as well as shopping, reserving Oceans 24 is akin to having a private resort at your very own fingertips!

**Exclusive Cabana Services: 05/04/24 - 09/30/24 - This home receives beachside cabana and beach chair services during your stay. Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10 AM to 5 PM daily (except check-in day), weather permitted. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals available upon request for an additional charge.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. NO pets allowed in pools.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Oceans 24 is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

**Specials events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum.
