Ground Level:  Exterior amenities offers your own slice of heaven with a resort like Oceanfront getaway including a huge private pool with waterfall feature, hot tub or hang out in the poolside cabana day or nighttime! The cabana features a bar with ample tables and chairs, TV, sauna, full bathroom and TV. Above the pool cabana you'll find an impressive sun deck which offers fantastic ocean vistas as well as a cavernous place to lounge in the sun. The private beach walkway is right beside the poolside cabana and includes and outdoor shower and foot wash.  The interior of the ground level was designed with fun in mind offering a rec room with pool table, foosball table, card table, multiple TVs and a kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The theater room features comfortable tiered seating with a sizable screen to take movie nighttime to the next level. Elevator to all levels, laundry area with 2 front load washers and 2 front load dryers.  2 King Master Bedrooms with private bathrooms and a Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and a full hall bathroom.

Half bath and elevated loft furnished as an office space provides a peaceful place to work or check emails. The roomy Oceanfront deck is the ideal coffee spot each morning to watch a handsome OBX sunrise. Generous sized King Master Bedroom with lavish features. This bedroom offers high ceilings, two sliding doors accepting the natural light to fill the room, and a private balcony ideal to catch the evenings sunset. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Advance Reservations in this property for a future year more than 51 weeks in advance are allowed. Current year guests are not offered first right of refusal. Reserve any available 2025 week and pay 25% within 5 days, 25% by November 1 and the remainder 60 days prior to arrival. 

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $2500, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 5 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
