The queen bedroom offers special access amenities including a wheelchair accessible sliding glass door to the pool area and a private bath with roll-under sink and low barrier shower. A convenient laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer completes this level.

The oceanview recreation room serves as the entertainment headquarters, featuring a pool table, foosball table, shuffleboard, two flat screen TVs, and a wet bar with sink, refrigerator, standalone icemaker, and Keurig. Adjacent to the rec room, the impressive home theater boasts raised platform seating and a 98" flatscreen TV for the ultimate movie experience.

First floor accommodations include a unique bunk bedroom suite with two custom built-in double-over-double bunks, media area, and two full bathrooms (one with shower/tub, one with walk-in shower) that comfortably sleeps eight.
