Live the good life when you lounge poolside at Ocean Luxe. The
outdoor oasis includes a private pool, covered poolside cabana, three hot tubs, two gas grills, open outdoor shower, and foot wash. Enjoy the convenience of a private beach walkway that leads from the pool area, over the dune, and onto the beach.
Inside, a poolside lounge includes a wet bar with a double sink, full refrigerator, dishwasher, and Keurig. Keep your heart rate up or practice yoga in the exercise studio on this level, then unwind and detox in the sauna with built-in benches.
Bedrooms on this level include six kings, a queen, and a bedroom with two double-over-double bunks. Five of the king bedrooms and the queen bedroom have private baths; one of the king bedrooms and the bunk room share a full bath. The queen bedroom has special access amenities, including a wheelchair accessible sliding glass door that leads out to the pool area, and a private bath with a roll under sink and low barrier shower. A laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer is available on this level.

The oceanview rec room/sports bar is the hub for entertainment and friendly
competition. This room includes a pool table, foosball table, shuffleboard, two flat screen TVs, and a wet bar with sink, refrigerator, standalone icemaker, and a Keurig. A spiral staircase links the rec room to the great room above. Next to the rec room is a theater, with raised platform seating and a
projection screen TV.
A bedroom suite includes two custom built-in double-over-double bunks, a media area, and two full bathrooms (one with shower/tub, one with walk-in shower); this room sleeps eight. There are three king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, all with private baths
with custom tile showers. The fourth king bedroom shares a bath with a bedroom furnished with two twin beds. The west-facing king bedroom offers a coffee station with a Keurig.

The expansive top floor common areas are the heart of Ocean Luxe
and offer plenty of space for all to gather. Sip and chat in the wine bar, with a built-in bar table
and wine storage, or relax in the sports lounge. The kitchen is spacious and decked out with bar
seating, an island, two dishwashers, two ranges, an under counter ice maker, three ovens, two
42" fridge/freezers, and a Keurig. The great room is divided by a TV wall with seasonal gas fireplace, offering
two areas to sit with family or friends. Use a personal device or the Samsung TV to connect to the JBL Bluetooth speakers. A spiral staircase leads from the great room to the rec room below. Three king bedrooms with private baths are available on this level, each with dual vanities and custom tile showers. One of the bedrooms offers a coffee station with Keurig and under-counter wine cooler, a walk in closet, and private balcony. A laundry closet with two stacked washer and dryer sets is available on this level.

Special Access Amenities: This home offers a ramp leading to the front
entrance and an elevator. The ground floor SE queen has a wheelchair accessible door
that leads to the poolside deck (3 stairs to get from the deck to the pool area), and a bath with roll under sink, and low barrier
custom tile shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
Special Events Welcome: $3,000 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 75 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. A maximum of 50 people are allowed on decks. Are you reserving this home for a wedding or special event? Please contact our office to inform us of your plans.
