Situated between the main home and the separate cabana poolhouse is the private pool area, outfitted for prime outdoor fun, with a hot tub adjacent to the pool. The pool is wonderful for guests of all ages and can be heated for optimal shoulder season swimming temperatures (for an additional fee).

A covered cabana wet bar offers a mini fridge and a sink. This wet bar area is adjacent to the sliding glass door that opens to the poolhouse, where you'll find two king bedrooms with private baths, a sitting area with a sleepsofa, and a shared half bath with a washer and dryer. This separate living space is ideal for a small family that wants to be housed together, or a group that prefers space from the main action.

Back outside, two outdoor showers are also available. A staircase alongside the poolhouse leads to the sun deck, to the walkway over the dunes, and on to the beach - this means transitioning between lounging poolside and lounging oceanside is a breeze. (Please note that for safety purposes, the sliders that open to the pool have alarms since the pool is not completely fenced in. Instructions for disarming are available in the home. The alarm is disarmed from sounding by pressing a button.)

Inside the main house on the ground floor, the bedding includes seven bedrooms, each with a private bath and Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. Six bedrooms have king beds, and the seventh bedroom has two pyramid bunksets. All of the king bathrooms have tile showers. The king bedroom in the southeast corner offers special access amenities -- a roll-under sink and barrier-free shower. Both the southeast and northeast king bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to the pool area. The bunk room offers a bathtub, Smart TV, and DVD player. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located on this level.

Let the games begin! On the oceanside level of this home you'll find a spacious rec room, complete with board games/puzzles, two flatscreen TVs on opposite ends of the room, and a kitchenette/bar. The bar area can act as a second kitchen: five leather bar seats belly up to a granite bar slab, and there is a side-by-side refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, and dishwasher. Sliding glass doors lead from the rec room to a covered deck overlooking the pool. Behind the rec room is the theater room with a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, and a DVD player. Bedding on this level includes five king suites, each with their own private bathroom and a Smart TV with streaming capabilities. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located on this level.

Equipped to prepare meals for a large group, the kitchen is fully equipped. The great room overlooks the pool and on towards the beach, and has two separate sitting areas consisting of groupings of sofas and leather wingback chairs. One of the sitting areas is situated around a flatscreen TV and seasonal fireplace. An offset "sunset room" consists of four chairs for quiet conversations or a card game among a smaller group - a door from this area leads to the west-facing deck.

There are two king bedrooms on this level. The northwest king bedroom has a private bath with both a tile shower and a jetted bathtub, a door that opens to a west-facing deck, and a TV with streaming capabilities. The other king bedroom offers a private bathroom with a tile shower, a TV with streaming capabilities, and a DVD player.

The last flight of stairs leads to a lounge with a futon, bean bag chairs, and flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities - essentially an additional media area. Walk down the hallway to two queen bedrooms. Both have Smart TVs with streaming capabilities, and a DVD player. One has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a tub, the other has a private bathroom with walk-in tile shower and raindrop showerhead.
