Outdoors, the private 45' x 21' pool is joined by a cabana, hot tub, gas grill, and two outdoor showers. The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 with a pool heat cost of $800.00, and the 2027 season runs 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, also with a pool heat cost of $800.00.

Special Access Amenities: This home offers a bathroom with a roll-under sink and barrier-free shower, as well as a ramp that leads to the ground floor entrance (there is a small lip in the door frame leading into the home), and an elevator. Pool: Heated by dual pool heat! The pool is heated by heat pump and defaults to propane if the ambient air temperature falls below 65 degrees. The max pool temperature is 85 degrees.
