The oceanfront pool house features a bar with granite countertop and seating for seven, 60" outdoor television, sound system, sink, refrigerator with icemaker, commercial icemaker, cabana half bath, and two outdoor showers. Steps lead up to a roof top sun deck that overlooks the pool area and offers a bubbling hot tub for evening relaxation. A private beach walkway (with foot wash) leads to a shady dune observation deck that overlooks beach activities and beyond to the Atlantic. Sunbathe on sandy beaches, stroll along the shoreline and enjoy energetic play in the rolling surf.
