Rec room doors open to sensational outdoor amenities, including a custom 30' x 20' pool with in-pool bench and stool seating, and a wet deck with chairs and umbrella. The pool deck is well furnished for sitting and sun lounging, and a gas grill and outdoor tables allow for informal BBQ meals under clear coastal skies. A haven from the sun can be found at the poolside gazebo furnished with a sofa and chairs. The oceanfront cabana features a 60" outdoor television, sound system, sink, refrigerator with icemaker, cabana half bath, and two outdoor showers. Steps lead up to a roof top sun deck that overlooks the pool area and offers a bubbling hot tub for evening relaxation. A private beach walkway (with foot wash) leads to a shady dune observation deck that overlooks beach activities and beyond to the Atlantic. Sunbathe on sandy beaches, stroll along the shoreline and enjoy energetic play in the rolling surf.

Elevator doors open on the first floor where seven delightful sleeping accommodations are available. Choose from six king bedrooms or a bedroom furnished with two double beds. A gourmet kitchen provides ample space for multiple chefs and offers distinctive cabinets, walk-in pantry, plenty of storage and granite counters, two sinks and casual bar seating for seven.
