Sleeping Arrangements: Fourteen kings, one queen, two doubles, four twins, and two pyramid bunks are spread across four levels, supported by eighteen full baths and three half baths.

Extras: Free high-speed wireless internet, 23 TVs, a home theater, recreation rooms, two highchairs, a gas grill, two outdoor showers, and eighteen parking spaces. Sunday check-in. Two dogs are welcome with a fee.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 Pool Open: 4/5/2026 - 10/25/2026, pool heat cost $600.00. 2027 Pool Open: 3/28/2027 - 10/24/2027, pool heat cost $600.00.

Please Note: The cabana and hot tub on top of the cabana will be winterized for January-February months and will not be available. The gas fireplace is seasonal, available October through March.

Special Events Welcome: $2,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 75 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. Special Access Amenities: Walkway on side of home allows wheelchair access to pool area and to rear access ramp. Elevator services all levels except loft.
