Six king beds, two twins, a double bunk, and a twin trundle spread comfortable sleeping across three levels, while nine full baths and two half baths keep mornings moving smoothly for larger groups.
Outside, a 26 x 14 private pool, hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor shower create a resort-style setting just steps from the sand, and six parking spaces make arrival easy. Ten TVs, two DVD players, and free high-speed wireless internet keep everyone connected, and two dogs are welcome with an additional fee. This oceanfront community is located near fine dining, shops and malls, national parks, piers, and recreational activities. Sunday check-in.

Sleeping accommodations on the ground floor include two kings with private baths, a bedroom furnished with two twin beds and a private bath, and a bedroom equipped with a double bunk, twin trundle, and private bath, an ideal setup for the youngest members of the group. One of the king bedrooms features a special access bathroom with a roll-under sink and a shower with grab bars. The sitting lounge provides seating, a wet bar with sink and microwave, and direct access to outdoor amenities.
Outdoor amenities include a custom heated pool measuring 26 x 14, a hot tub, cabana bath, outdoor shower, and covered patio bar with sink and gas grill. The beach is the perfect place to enjoy fun beach activities.

The first floor has two oceanfront king bedrooms, both with private baths and covered deck access, so the sound of the surf is the last thing you hear at night. The nearby media lounge features a table with comfortable seating for four, and a card table/bumper pool table with seating for four. A half bath and laundry room are conveniently located on this level.

The second floor features a beautifully designed great room with panoramic ocean views, a seasonal fireplace (October through March), covered deck access, an oceanfront dining table with seating for ten, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with microwave and bar seating for more casual dining. The adjoining Butler's pantry provides additional counter space and storage. Two king suites on this floor have dressing areas, private baths, and provide direct access to a shared covered balcony. A half bath is centrally located on this level, and a washer/dryer set is available as well.
Pool: 2026 pool open dates are 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00.
Special Access Amenities: This home has an elevator, and a ground floor king bathroom that has a roll-under sink and a shower with grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
