Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00.

Special Access Amenities: This home has an elevator, and a ground floor king bathroom that has a roll-under sink and a shower with grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.

Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand accumulation to cover the walkway and gazebo floor at this home.
