This outdoor space was designed to maximize areas for adult relaxation and child's play, and the pool deck offers ample lounge chairs for relaxing under clear Carolina skies. A gas grill is available to prepare BBQ meals, and the outdoor dining table with chairs is the perfect location to enjoy informal dining. Two outdoor showers make rinsing off after a beach day easy. Journeys to the Atlantic are easy from your private walkway that leads to sandy beaches for sunbathing, shoreline strolls, shelling, or riding waves as they rush for the coastline. As evening approaches, the bubbling hot tub is a haven for restful soaks and star gazing.

Features include custom cabinets, glistening granite countertops, a center island, and a breakfast nook table that seats four. Formal dining is available at an ocean view dining table. The top level is completed with a beautiful king bedroom with an armchair and private bath with dual sink vanity, custom tile shower with glass door, and a relaxing soaking tub.

Pool: 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $500.00 in both 2026 and 2027. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max, pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Please Note: The outdoor shower is winterized and not available for guest use from Thanksgiving-Easter each year.
