Stainless steel appliances include two refrigerators, a 6-burner gas range, double ovens, a microwave, and two dishwashers. Formal dining is available at an ocean view dining table that seats fourteen guests. The top level is completed with a beautiful king bedroom with an armchair and private bath with dual sink vanity, custom tile shower with glass door, and a relaxing soaking tub.

Beach Access: Due to shifting ocean currents, sand accumulation has recently covered the beach walkway stairs. The beach is still readily available to guests by bypassing this stair system.
Updates for 2024: Two new leather sofas in the great room, two new refrigerators in the kitchen, and an icemaker in the rec room kitchenette.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max, pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Please note: The outdoor shower is winterized and not available for guest use from Thanksgiving-Easter each year.
