This outdoor space was designed to maximize areas for adult relaxation and child's play, and the pool deck offers ample lounge chairs for relaxing under clear Carolina skies. A gas grill is available to prepare BBQ meals, and the outdoor dining table with chairs is the perfect location to enjoy informal dining. Journeys to the Atlantic are easy from your private walkway that leads to sandy beaches for sunbathing, shoreline strolls, shelling, or riding waves as they rush for the coastline. The fifth suite is outfitted with two double beds. The highlight of this level is an ocean view media room with plush leather sofas, cozy armchair with ottoman, big screen TV, and a wet bar with granite countertops, sink, and a mini-fridge. Doors open to a covered deck to embrace coastal views and cooling sea breezes.

Streaming sunlight, crystal blue water views, and exotic hardwoods with area rugs welcome guests to the second floor great room. Rich details and timeless decor capture the spirit of the sea in this space. The living area consists of plush leather sofas and armchairs nestled around a big screen TV and seasonal gas fireplace (October-March). An ocean view conversation area offers four cozy armchairs set to a backdrop of scenic panoramas. A half bath is conveniently located. Doors open to a sun deck with table and chairs to enjoy the picture-perfect scenery. The kitchen overlooks the great room and was professionally designed for both functionality and socializing. Features include custom cabinets, glistening granite countertops, a center island, a Keurig, bar seating for four and a breakfast nook table that seats four. Stainless steel appliances include two refrigerators, a 6-burner gas range, double ovens, a microwave, and two dishwashers. Formal dining is available at an ocean view dining table that seats fourteen guests. The top level is completed with a beautiful king bedroom with an armchair and private bath with dual sink vanity, custom tile shower with glass door, and a relaxing soaking tub.
Outdoor Amenities
Step outside to discover your private oasis featuring a 28.0 x 12.0 pool (open seasonally from late March through late October), bubbling hot tub, and 2 outdoor showers perfect for rinsing off after beach days. The property includes 6 parking spaces and a gas grill for outdoor dining. Your private walkway provides direct access to Nags Head's pristine oceanfront beaches.
Updates for 2024: Two new leather sofas in the great room, two new refrigerators in the kitchen, and an icemaker in the rec room kitchenette.
Beach Access: Due to shifting ocean currents, sand accumulation has recently covered the beach walkway stairs. The beach is still readily available to guests by bypassing this stair system.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Pool heating available for $500 per week (2026-2027). Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max, pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Please Note: The outdoor shower is winterized and not available for guest use from Thanksgiving-Easter each year. No pets allowed. Saturday check-in. Free high-speed wireless internet included.
Special Access Amenities: This home has a ramp, elevator that accesses all levels, and a king bedroom on the mid-level with bathroom that has a shower with small lip, fold-down seat, and grab bar. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional details.
