The ground floor has two king bedrooms with private baths and walk-in showers. A den provides an additional sleeping option, including a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The rec room offers a shuffleboard table, a seating area with an L-shaped sectional and a mounted Smart TV, and a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, commercial icemaker, sink, microwave, and Keurig, so snacks and cold drinks are always close to the pool deck. Centrally located is a half bath and a laundry room. The laundry room is equipped with two washers and two dryers, a welcome detail when beach towels and swimsuits are in constant rotation.

The backyard at Coastal LegaSea includes just about anything you could wish for in your Outer Banks vacation home. There is a large pool with a built-in wet deck, a wide grassy area for yard games, plenty of space for poolside lounging, a sheltered seating area for a mid-day break from the sunshine, a gas grill, a hot tub, a raised poolside deck with seating, outdoor showers (two open, one enclosed), and a private walkway over the dune that includes a dune top gazebo for optimal ocean views. The 32 x 14 pool can be heated for an additional fee, extending your poolside season on either end of summer.

The middle floor offers both gathering areas for entertainment and spacious bedrooms for quiet retreats. There are two king bedrooms with private baths with walk-in showers, a king bedroom with a shared bath that can also be accessed from the hallway, and a bunk room with two pyramid bunks and a private bath with a shower/tub.

The rec room has a pool table, a poker table, a seated arcade game, a mounted Smart TV, and a nearby wet bar with a sink, mini-fridge, and Keurig. Adjacent to the rec room is a theater with sofa and theater-style seating and a large projection screen. The wall between the rec room and the theater is a half wall that can be opened up so those watching a movie and those playing a game can be together while enjoying different pastimes. It is a layout that keeps the whole group in the same conversation, even when everyone wants something different from the evening. A sliding glass door from the rec room opens to a covered deck that overlooks the pool and leads out to a sundeck with steps that lead down to the backyard.

The top level offers an open concept floor plan with a great room, dining area, kitchen, sitting area, wet bar, and sliding glass doors leading to ocean view and west decks. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, gas range, double wall oven, two dishwashers, and a microwave, making it easy to cook for a crowd and clean up just as quickly. Around the corner near the dining area is a second full-sized refrigerator and a bar sink. A standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig are available for early risers heading out to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. A half bath is centrally located.
