The crown jewel is the top floor king bedroom, bathed in natural light with mounted Smart TV and an extraordinary spa-like private bathroom featuring large double vanity, lighted mirrors, and luxurious amenities.

Updates for 2025: Fresh exterior paint with an updated color scheme, two new comfy swivel gliders and a larger Smart TV (75") in the great room, new picture window in the lofted sitting area to further improve the ocean view, new larger Smart TV (65") and a completely updated kitchenette in the ground floor rec room, new larger Smart TV in the first floor media room (75"), and all bedroom TVs updated to Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (replacing the Dish service). Dish service remains on the second floor great room and king bedroom TVs, the first floor oceanfront king bedroom and media room TVs, and the ground level rec room TV.
Updates for 2024: The spacious private bathroom on the second floor was completely redone for an exquisite spa-like feel. Additionally, four private bathrooms on the first floor were renovated for a more luxurious experience (the fifth was renovated in 2023). Lastly, the carpet throughout the home was removed and replaced with luxury vinyl plank flooring (all bedrooms and the lofted sitting area).
Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
This home is located two lots south of Jennette's Pier. At 1,000 feet long, this is the longest Outer Banks pier! It hosts an aquarium, seasonal camps, fishing tournaments, surf contests and more.
