Enter the ground level via a short set of steps or the ramp and enjoy a fun gathering area that features a recreation room with cozy seating, a TV, a pool table, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and a dishwasher. It's the natural hub for rainy-afternoon tournaments and post-beach snacks. There are two bedrooms on this floor, each with private baths and TVs. One has a king-sized bed, and the other has two twin bunks, making it a favorite with the younger crew. A full "cabana bathroom" complete with a shower offers direct access to the pool area, so wet swimsuits never have to travel upstairs. There is also a laundry area on this level.
Outside, you'll be treated to the sounds of the ocean from a completely fenced private pool area that offers a 25 x 16 private pool, a separate hot tub, and a gas grill. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a swim easy.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. Pool open dates for 2026 are 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 and for 2027 are 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027; pool heat is available for $500.00 in both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
