Updates for 2025: New electric grill (in addition to the gas grill), fresh exterior paint with an updated color scheme, two new comfy swivel gliders and a larger Smart TV in the great room, new picture window in the lofted sitting area to further improve the ocean view, new larger Smart TV and a completely updated rec room on the ground floor, new larger Smart TV in the first floor media room, and all bedroom TVs updated to Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (replacing the Dish service). Dish service remains on the second floor great room and king bedroom TVs, the first floor oceanfront king bedroom and media room TVs, and the ground level rec room TV.

Enter the ground level via a short set of steps or the ramp and enjoy a fun gathering area that features a recreation room with cozy seating and Smart TV. There are two bedrooms on this floor, each with private baths and Smart TVs. One has a king-sized bed, and the other has two twin bunks. A full "cabana bathroom" complete with a shower offers direct access to the pool area. In the laundry area, you will find a Neater Feeder dog food/water bowl, and a dog kennel.

Modern Amenities & Recent Updates
With 11 TVs throughout the home including Smart TVs with streaming capabilities in all bedrooms, entertainment options abound. The home welcomes 2 dogs with fee and offers 7 parking spaces for your convenience. Free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected during your Outer Banks vacation.
Updates for 2024: The spacious private bathroom on the second floor was completely redone to include a new soaker tub and dual shower heads with body sprayers. Additionally, four private bathrooms on the first floor were renovated (the fifth was renovated in 2023). Lastly, the carpet throughout the home was removed and replaced with new flooring (all bedrooms and the lofted sitting area).
Pool: 25.0 x 16.0 Private Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

This home is located two lots south of Jennette's Pier. At 1,000 feet long, this is the longest Outer Banks pier! It hosts an aquarium, seasonal camps, fishing tournaments, surf contests and more.
