The home is located near fine dining, shops and malls, state and national parks, fishing piers, and recreational activities.

The ground floor is completely designated to private sleeping accommodations, including one king with a walk-in closet and dressing area, one special access oceanside bedroom with two queen beds, one with two twin beds and a bedroom with a double bunk. All four bedrooms have a private bath.
Step outside and the entertaining begins: a custom heated 24' x 12' pool with a wading area, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and a covered grill/bar area with a sink. A private beach access means the shoreline is waiting just over the dune. Please note shifting sands can cover the dune deck at times.
