Serenity, a beautifully spacious home tucked among the woods of Southern Shores, truly lives up to its name. This spacious, high elevation home offers wooded privacy but is just a quick walk to the beach and centrally located between the restaurants and shops of Duck and Kitty Hawk.

Offering 5 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths, Serenity provides ample room for extended family or friends to join you on your Outer Banks vacation. An open kitchen and dining room welcome you as you enjoy morning coffee or prepare memorable meals together.

Enjoy the scenery and sounds of nature on the upper and lower decks. Catch some rays or view the night sky on the sun deck. Two of the bedrooms are en suites, with private baths, and all bedrooms have televisions. Come together as a group or retire to your own rooms for privacy and relaxation. There’s plenty of space for both!

Please note, there is an exterior-facing camera located at the front of the property positioned towards the driveway.

For 2025, 2 passes are available with a $15 + tax deposit per pass for the Southern Shores Civic Association amenities, including beach parking and community parks. One parking pass is available with a $20+ tax deposit to park in the Chicahauk lot on the North Side of Chicahauk Trail at Spindrift.
