On the ground level, you will find a king en suite with a private bath, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a full hall bath, as well as a cozy den, a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator and a washer and dryer, and a dining area. Sliding doors open to the fenced-in backyard with a large 28'x12' saltwater pool, poolside seating, a hot tub, and a convenient outdoor shower.

The mid level boasts a comfortable living area with vaulted ceilings, as well as a large dining area and a galley-style kitchen with a breakfast nook. Two queen bedrooms, a full hall bath, and an office can also be found on this level.

The top level is dedicated to the king en suite with a custom closet, a large private bath with a separate washer and dryer, and a balcony with seating.

Located on a quiet street with nearby access to the Wright Brothers sound side multi-use path, nightly walks to watch the sunset will be your new favorite vacation tradition. The home is also located close to golf courses and other attractions.
