The ground level has 2 separate gathering areas: the rec room area with pool table leading out to pool deck and there is a den with seating and LCD TV. You will find yourself in a family friendly neighborhood where you can walk down the unpaved road with no traffic to deal with and quiet beaches just waiting for you at the end. This home is located just about 350 feet from sound access and watersports area.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
