The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and the ocean views extend from the kitchen, dining and great room on the top level. The charm extends to the neighborhood of Sanderling which follows strict guidelines to protect the quality and integrity of this seaside development. The community amenities include a community pool with dressing rooms and tennis is available for a fee. Scrub oaks line the lanes and the sound front pool complex has a great walkway and dock over the sound. Nature trails and the inter-town multi-use path is available for biking, hiking or jogging. This is a great place for those that need to wind down, and recharge.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
