Even though you'll feel secluded on a stretch of the beautiful Corolla shoreline, you're not far from everyday conveniences - Easy Breezy is only a quarter mile from Monterey Plaza, and a half mile from the Timbuck II Shopping Village. Between the two convenient locations, you can easily access grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, stores, take-out spots, bars, a Brew Thru, boutiques, and more!

A hub for entertainment, the ground level includes a theater room - great for rainy days or movie nights! - as well as an adjacent rec room with a bar/kitchenette, pool table, and gaming stick for playing arcade-style games on the TV. Kitchenette appliances include a sink, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator (convenient for storing snacks and drinks close to the pool!). A king bedroom is located on this level, as well as a laundry room.
Sliding doors lead from the rec room to the pool area, and on towards your own private walkway to the beach. There is a private dune top gazebo off the walkway to the beach that is the ideal spot for watching the sun rise each day and to watch the dolphins playing out in the ocean. The pool area includes in-pool stools, a poolside cabana, hot tub (complete with waterfall feature into the pool), cornhole set, Battleputt, outdoor Ping-Pong table, horseshoes, and washer toss game.

The mid-level includes six king bedrooms - four with ocean views and sliding door access to the oceanside deck. There is a bedroom with two pyramid bunks and one twin bunk, and the eighth bedroom has two twin bunks. All of these rooms have private baths (the bunk rooms have shower/tubs, the rest have tile showers). Please note that two of the mid-level bedrooms are separate from the main home, accessible by a covered deck.

Spacious, open, and framing wall-to-wall ocean views, the top floor is the place to relax or share a family meal. An open floor plan incorporates the great room with seasonal gas fireplace, dining area, and kitchen. There are three bedroom suites on this level. The top floor king features ocean views and a private bath with tile shower, freestanding tub, and double vanities. Two additional kings with private baths are accessed by walking via covered deck to the separate section of the home.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 85 degrees.
Elevator: Although this home has an elevator, stairs are required to enter the ground level.
