A 12-bedroom, oceanfront vacation home that will leave you and your guests wanting for nothing. Inside and out, there is something for everyone to enjoy during their stay. The outdoor living area offers a pool, hot tub, and a poolside cabana with bar seating and a Smart TV. A private walkway leads you over the dune to the great expanse of the Atlantic Ocean where sun, sand, and smile-filled memories will be yours to cherish. The kitchen is large enough and so well-equipped that you won't bat an eye at feeding a crowd. Picture windows drench the interior with natural light and there is no shortage of decks that allow you to relax in the coastal breezes off the beach. A unique layout offers the common areas and seven of the suites in the main house and five of the suites in a separate part of the house attached by a covered deck.

The ground floor offers a home theater that has tiered seating and a 75" Smart TV perfect for watching a movie or tuning in to a new binge-worthy series you've been excited to start. Conveniently located at the end of the hall is a full bath adjacent to the theater room. Bedding on the ground level includes two king suites, each with sliding door access to the pool area, a 50" Smart TV, and a private bath with a tiled shower. Separate from the rest of the house is a laundry room with two washer and dryer sets. This space is accessible by a covered deck to the west of the house.
Exit through sliding glass doors onto a large deck that looks out to the pool area designed for fun and relaxation. A sparkling pool, a bubbling hot tub, two large tables for dining, and a shaded cabana with bar seating welcome you to unwind and escape any worry on your mind. An outdoor speaker system means you can put on your favorite tunes to float around to, or turn on your favorite sport on the 55" Smart TV located in the cabana. Coming back from a day on the beach and needing to rinse off the saltwater and sand isn't a problem with an outdoor shower available. Hanging out by the pool doesn't have to end after the sun goes down! Enjoy an exciting game of cornhole or sit around the outdoor gas fire pit and share stories and laughs with your group.

The middle level highlights include a rec room with a shuffleboard table, a 43" framed Smart TV, and a wet bar that has a beverage fridge, sink, dishwasher, ice maker, and a microwave. There are seven king suites on this floor. All of which offer a 50" Smart TV and a private bath with a tiled shower. Five have sliding door access to a deck. Three are in a separate part of the house that is accessible by a covered deck.

The second level of License to Chill has views of the ocean that you will think about all year until you return. A wall full of windows greets you as you make your way up the picture window encased stairs. The great room, dining area, and kitchen share a large open space that comfortably suites a group. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances that are sure to impress the ones who love to cook! Two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a 48" dual fuel range with hood, and a microwave are available. Coffee lovers in the group will find a Keurig and three standard drip coffee makers in the kitchen. A walk-in pantry is adjacent for convenient food storage, and a central 12' island offers additional food prep space. The great room features a 75" Smart TV and an electric fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead out onto the decks that overlook the ocean and offers the best sunrise viewing spot in the house! Bedding includes three king suites that have 50" Smart TVs and private baths with tiled showers. Two of the bedrooms have sliding door access to private decks. Two of the bedrooms are accessible via a covered deck that takes you to a separate part of the house.

Updates for 2024: Added electric fireplace, pool table, motorcycle bar, cornhole, two large outdoor teak tables with chairs, and three outdoor swing chairs. New photos to come.
Updates for 2023: A new sofa replaced the chairs in the 1st floor rec room and a pool heater was installed.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher will be needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
Special Events Welcome: $3,000 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 65 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home.
