The outdoor living area offers a pool, hot tub, and a poolside cabana with bar seating. A private walkway leads you over the dune to the great expanse of the Atlantic Ocean where sun, sand, and smile-filled memories will be yours to cherish. The kitchen is large enough and so well-equipped that you won't bat an eye at feeding a crowd. Picture windows drench the interior with natural light and there is no shortage of decks that allow you to relax in the coastal breezes off the beach. An elevator connects the levels, 16 TVs are spread throughout the home, and nine parking spaces make arrival day simple for a large group. Free high-speed wireless internet is included, and special events are welcome at this Outer Banks estate.
Ground Floor
The ground floor offers a home theater that has tiered seating and a Smart TV perfect for watching a movie or tuning in to a new binge-worthy series you've been excited to start. Conveniently located at the end of the hall is a full bath adjacent to the theater room.
Exit through sliding glass doors onto a large deck that looks out to the pool area designed for fun and relaxation. A sparkling 28' x 14' private pool, a bubbling hot tub, two large tables for dining, and a shaded cabana with an outdoor TV and bar seating welcome you to unwind and escape any worry on your mind. A gas grill stands ready for a poolside cookout. Coming back from a day on the beach and needing to rinse off the saltwater and sand isn't a problem with an outdoor shower available.

The second level of License to Chill has views of the ocean that you will think about all year until you return. A wall full of windows greets you as you make your way up the picture window encased stairs. The great room, dining area, and kitchen share a large open space that comfortably suites a group. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances that are sure to impress the ones who love to cook! The great room features a Smart TV and a fireplace, seasonally available October through March. Sliding glass doors lead out onto the decks that overlook the ocean and offers the best sunrise viewing spot in the house! A half bath is located on this floor as well.

The Corolla Setting
Corolla sits at the northern end of the Outer Banks and is known for wide beaches of finely textured sand and clean rolling surf, which begin just over the dune from this oceanfront home. Nearby you will find the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, built in 1875 and the only natural red brick lighthouse on the East Coast, along with the restored Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park. Guided beach tours in search of the wild Corolla mustangs, kayak tours, surfing lessons, golf, tennis, and jet ski rentals are all part of the local landscape. Grocery stores, surf shops, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and gift shops are gathered in shopping centers such as Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center. Please note that no pets are allowed at this property.
Pool: 2026 pool open 4/5/2026 - 10/25/2026, pool heat cost $600.00. 2027 pool open 3/28/2027 - 10/24/2027, pool heat cost $600.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher will be needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
