Outdoor living is at the heart of Seaphoria. A sparkling 41 x 16 private pool and bubbling hot tub set the stage for sunny days and starry evenings, while a wide grassy yard and plentiful poolside loungers ensure there's space for everyone to unwind. Multiple decks invite you to soak in the salty sea air, whether you're enjoying morning coffee with a view of the horizon or an evening cocktail while watching the sunset. A gas grill stands ready for cookouts, an outdoor shower rinses away the sand, and a nearby public beach access leads over the dunes and onto the soft sands of the Outer Banks.

Inside, four levels of thoughtfully designed living space offer room for every guest to relax, play, and gather. Twelve spacious bedrooms, each with a private bath, provide serene retreats, plus a den with its own bath for additional flexible space. The heart of the home is the open great room, where expansive windows fill the space with natural light and a seasonal fireplace warms cooler months from October through March. A well-equipped kitchen with generous countertops and a large island makes meal prep a breeze, flowing seamlessly to the dining area and living spaces where lively conversation and shared meals create lasting memories. Entertainment abounds with a rec room, lounge, and theater, along with 16 TVs and free high-speed wireless internet throughout. An elevator services every level, making access effortless and grocery runs a breeze for all ages, while 12 parking spaces and an onsite EV charger keep arrivals simple for the whole group.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 with a pool heat cost of $800.00, and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027 with a pool heat cost of $800.00.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Check-In: Saturday check-in.

Pets: Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
