Attitude Adjustment is only a short walk to the beach for a day full of all that the ocean has to offer. Want to skip the walk altogether? No worries. This house has endless outdoor entertainment options: jump in the 25 x 14 private pool (option to heat), relax in the hot tub, and spread out across the multiple levels of decking. For the early riser, catch the sunrise glow of the sky over the ocean from the top floor deck. Ten parking spaces, free high-speed wireless internet, nine TVs, and a Friday check-in round out an OBX vacation rental built for a big group. Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.

Escape to the backyard to relax your body and mind as you slip into the hot tub. Float around, or even spark up a game of marco polo in the private pool. A half bath is convenient to the pool area, and the two outdoor showers in the dry entry make rinsing off the sand and saltwater from the beach a breeze. Fire up the gas grill for dinner, and with all of this right in the backyard and the beach only a short walk down the street, you're bound to spend your time soaking up the sun, laughing through the day, and leaving with memories that will last a lifetime.

The first floor comprises five bedrooms: three kings, one queen, and a bedroom with two pyramid bunks, each with its own private bath. Three of the bedrooms on this floor have sliding glass doors leading out to the expansive decks, one of which has private deck space. The first floor deck wraps from the back to the east side of the house and looks out onto the backyard, a fine spot for an afternoon of doing absolutely nothing. The rec room has a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, a flatscreen TV, two tables with seating, and a sliding door that leads onto the back deck, keeping snacks and drinks close to the pool. Around the corner from the rec room is a full hall bath, and laundry is on this level as well.

When you make your way up to the second floor, you enter into an open floor plan with a great room, dining area, and kitchen. Windows on nearly every wall allow natural light to fill the space, and with plenty of seating throughout, your group will have no problem gathering here at the end of the day around the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped, so multiple cooks can work at once without bumping elbows. Additional seating lines the kitchen counter. Off the dining area is the top floor deck overlooking the backyard and pool. There are two kings on the top floor with private baths, one with a daybed and the other with sliding door access onto the back deck.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/3/2026 to 10/23/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/26/2027 to 10/22/2027, with pool heat available for $450.00.
