A breezeway leads directly to the fenced backyard, putting the private pool just steps away. With fast access between the driveway, home, and outdoor amenities, unloading the car and getting everybody settled in is simple.

First Floor

There?s plenty to keep your crew entertained on the first floor of Seabatical. The rec room is ready for a little friendly competition with a pool table, shuffleboard table, and an arcade game, while the adjoining wet bar keeps refreshments close by with a refrigerator, ice maker, sink, and microwave. For a change of pace, the media area provides a comfortable place to gather around the enormous flatscreen TV for a movie, show, or sporting event. East and west-facing decks extend the living space outdoors, offering fresh air and another place to spend time together.
Two bedrooms complete this level, each with its own private bathroom. The king bedroom includes a bath with a walk-in shower, while the bedroom furnished with two pyramid bunk beds has a private bath with a shower/tub.

Four bedrooms make the second floor a comfortable place to recharge between days at the beach and evenings spent together. Between the bedrooms, a bright sitting area provides an additional place to relax and opens directly onto the east deck, where early risers can catch the morning light and ocean vistas. Two washers and two dryers are located on this floor.

Ocean vistas take center stage on the third floor, where the main living spaces come together beneath high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. Nearby, the well-appointed kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a huge island that provides additional prep space and seating. The adjoining dining area keeps everybody together at mealtime, whether you?re serving a home-cooked dinner or bringing back favorites from a local restaurant. Doors lead to decks on both sides of the home, accepting you to greet the day with Atlantic vistas to the east and enjoy the evening sky from the west.
A king bedroom is located on the southeast corner of this level and features ocean vistas and a roomy private bathroom that includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Fourth Floor

The fourth floor is reserved entirely for a private king suite, creating a peaceful hideaway above the home?s main gathering areas. The suite also includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, giving guests at the top of Seabatical their own comfortable space to getaway to.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Conveniences: The first floor king has a bathroom that includes a roll-under sink and a low-barrier shower with a constructed-in seat and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
