You'll be centrally located south of the Avalon Pier and north of the Fifth St. beach access, so a short walk down the street in either direction puts you at the ocean's edge. Soak up the afternoon sun beside the private pool, unwind in the hot tub as the stars appear overhead, or share stories on the many east and west decks that allow you to capture both the sunrise and sunset. Inside, five levels of thoughtfully designed living spaces ensure every guest can find their perfect spot, whether it's gathering in the open-concept great room, enjoying a movie night in the media area, or challenging friends to a game of pool in the rec room.

With six kings, two queens, two pyramid bunks, eight full baths, two half baths, an elevator, and seven parking spaces, this OBX vacation rental is built for large groups who want room to spread out. Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected, and check-in is on Saturday. Set at Milepost 6, Hipnautic places you in the heart of the Outer Banks. The beach is a short walk in either direction, south of the Avalon Pier or north of the Fifth St. beach access, and Kill Devil Hills surrounds you with bike and walking paths, parks, and playgrounds. Grocery stores, surf shops, colorful boutiques, and dining that ranges from family fare to finer restaurants line the beach road and the bypass.

Good to Know

Pool: The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026, and the 2027 season runs 3/26/2027 to 10/24/2027. Pool heat is available for $500.00 in both 2026 and 2027. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Special Access Amenities: The first floor king has a bathroom that includes a roll-under sink and a low-barrier shower with a built-in seat and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
