You'll be centrally located south of the Avalon Pier and north of the Fifth St. beach access, so a short walk down the street in either direction puts you at the ocean's edge. Soak up the afternoon sun beside the private saltwater pool, unwind in the hot tub as the stars appear overhead, or share stories on the many east and west decks that allow you to capture both the sunrise and sunset. Inside, five levels of thoughtfully designed living spaces ensure every guest can find their perfect spot! Whether it's gathering in the open-concept great room, enjoying a movie night in the media area, or challenging friends to a game of pool in the rec room.

Your vacation begins from the moment you pull into the driveway. A welcoming entryway provides access to both the stairs and the elevator that travels to the upper levels. A breezeway connects the house to the fenced backyard, making it easy to step right out to the private pool area. You'll want to drop your beach gear and snap straight into relaxation mode.

Designed for entertainment and easygoing afternoons, this floor is where the fun happens! Challenge friends to a game of pool or test your skills on the arcade machine in the spacious rec room. Adjacent to the rec room is the media area, which invites everyone to settle in for movie nights or game-day viewing on the large flatscreen TV. Step outside to the decks on either the east or west sides for ocean breezes and plenty of sun.
Two comfortable bedrooms with private baths are available: a king bedroom and a room with two pyramid bunks. The private bath in the king room has a walk-in shower, and the bunk room bathroom offers a shower/tub.

The kitchen is a cook's dream, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island for casual meals and conversation. Around the corner from the kitchen is the dining area, where you and your group are sure to enjoy many meals together, accompanied by laughter-filled conversations about the day's happenings. Step onto the east deck from the great room to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, or enjoy evening drinks on the west deck as the day winds down. A king bedroom on this level offers privacy and ocean views. The large private bath has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a water closet.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: The first floor king has a bathroom that includes a roll-under sink and a low-barrier shower with a built-in seat and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
