Set in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, Hipnautic is a five-level semi-oceanfront retreat with stunning ocean views and an abundance of room to spread out. You'll be centrally located south of the Avalon Pier and north of the Fifth St. beach access, so a short walk down the street in either direction puts you at the ocean's edge. Soak up the afternoon sun beside the private pool, unwind in the hot tub as the stars appear overhead, or share stories on the many east and west decks that allow you to capture both the sunrise and the sunset.

Inside, five levels of thoughtfully designed living spaces ensure every guest can find their perfect spot, whether that means gathering in the open-concept great room, relaxing on the decks, or spending time together in the rec room. All seven bedrooms include a private bath, and with eight full baths and two half baths, mornings never feel crowded. An elevator is available, 11 TVs are spread throughout the home, and free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected. Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, and seven parking spaces mean the whole group can arrive without worry.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat.
