Mid Level: Entry Level.  Sound vistas from all living areas in this home!  Great room with seating, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8 and access to the Soundfront deck with tons of seating and a picnic table. Bedroom with 2 Singles that shares a hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Single. Laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with TV, private bathroom, deck access and sound vistas. 

Top Level: Den with TV and deck access to a sun deck with sound vistas!  Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom. 

Extras: Soundfront dock, 2 TVs, hammock, picnic table, gas grille, high speed internet access, outside shower, sound vistas galore and linens and towels supplied. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

The fireplace is not available for guest use.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
