Ground Level: Outside you'll find a patio with a Hot Tub, hammock swing, gas grille, picnic table, outside shower and garage with full-size refrigerator, bicycles and beach cart. Inside you'll find a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and patio access, a full hall bathroom and a Bedroom with a Duobunk and a Single Bed with flat-screen TV.

Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, Queen Sleep Couch, kitchen with counter seating 3, dining room seating 8 with deck access, a half bath, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access, laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom with tub and shower.

Extras: Hot Tub, 5 TVs, 2 full-size fridges, high speed internet access, standard coffee maker, gas grille, hammock swing, outside shower, bicycles, beach cart, books & games, picnic table, beach chairs. Corolla Light Community Conveniences for 10 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
