Mid Level: Deck area with seating, entry level. King Master Bedroom with TV, desk, deck access and ocean view. Bedroom with DuoBunk, Trundle and TV that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Doubles with TV and deck access. Screened porch with hot tub.  Half bathroom between the mid level and top level. 

Top Level: Great room with TV, gas fireplace, ocean view and deck access to the screened porch with table and chairs. Recently updated kitchen with stainless appliances and counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8 and elevated reading nook with ocean vistas. King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and private bathroom with hottub tub.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This home has a ring doorbell camera on the keyless entry door at the top of the steps facing away from the home.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
